Domestic Shipping Processing
- All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-4 business days or sooner.
- Express orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Due to COVID-19, it may take longer than usual to receive your order. If you don't receive your shipment within 7-12 business days email customer service at contactus@imjaded.com. - We only ship within the United States.
- Imjaded.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses.
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In order to receive a refund for a purchase, you must meet the following requirements:

- Merchandise must be returned within 20 business days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled.
- Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements, including signs of wear.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping fees to return merchandise to Jaded.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using trackable shipping or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- If you do not meet the above requirements: A refund cannot be granted.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned for any reason.
